Together, our founders bring a combined century of expertise in financial services, marketing, training, and organizational leadership. What unites them is a shared belief: that investing in people is the only way to achieve sustainable growth.

Shri. Dambarudhar Sahu

32+ years at LIC of India, retiring as Zonal Manager. Former Faculty at LIC's Management Development Centre with a record 204 training sessions in one year. Led Nashik Division comprising 18 branches, 200+ Development Officers, and 8,000 agents. Executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently serving as Independent Director of Hindustan Laboratories Limited and SEBI Empaneled Security Market Trainer.

Shri. Raghu Chandra Thota

33+ years at Life Insurance Corporation of India, retiring as Regional Manager (Pension & Group Schemes), Western Zone — overseeing Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa. Rose through the ranks from Direct AAO to Senior Divisional Manager, holding roles across Branch Management, Internal Audit, Sales, and Marketing. Led the Western Zone to a record ₹43,000 crore achievement in 2023–24. Holds BA, FIII, PGDLI and PGDRM from IIRM, and is a certified Independent Director by IICA.

Smt. Ruta Ajgaonkar

37+ years at Life Insurance Corporation of India, retiring as Marketing Manager in the cadre of Senior Divisional Manager. Served across Mumbai, Kolhapur, Thane, and Pune divisions, and was the first woman Branch Manager at Dombivli. Currently serving as visiting faculty at Blue Crest Academy, training Development Officers, Senior Business Associates, Advisors, and Sales Leaders in leadership, motivation, and insurance marketing strategies. Holds LLB, LLM, and diplomas in Business, Marketing, and Personnel Management from Welingkar Institute. Registered Independent Director with IICA.
